Welcome to Jcini Cattery

Home of National, Regional and World Winning Lines.

We have been showing cats in CFA since 1998 and registered our Cattery in 1999.We are members of the Norwegian Breed Council and The National Norwegian ForestCat Breed Club (www.catshowsnj.com).

Our cattery started with one breeding female named B’SSA Tu Tu’s Legacy of J’CINI(aka - Lacy). Lacy was given to us by Jane Barletta of B’SSA Cattery here in the United States. We would like to thank Jane for trusting us to continue her Norwegian Forest Cat lines. Lacy is a Brown Mackeral Tabby and white female that is a quiet soul who loves everyone she meets.

Finding a male took us to Denmark .

Our foundation male is an import  named Emil Fra Lonneberg Felis Jubatus. (aka -Romeo). Romeo is a Red Mackeral Tabby and white male that is a handsome fellow who is very loving, with great size and type. Romeo came from the well known cattery Felis Jubatus (www.skovkat.dk). We decided to import a second male from Felis Jubatus and Jette sent us Absalon Felis Jubatus (aka – Max). Max is a Brown Mackeral Tabby with white male that has wonderful overall type and the best temperament we have ever seen in a breeding male. Thank you very much Jette for sending us these two wonderful boys.

We are a small cattery that has one to two litters per year. Our main goal is to produce healthy, loving cats that exemplify what a Norwegian Forest Cat should be. Our cats produce most colors but we are known for our patch tabby girls.

Romeo and Lacy have produced two National Winning girls. The first was J’CINI EllieMay,a Brown Patch Mackerel Tabby with White and the second was J’CINI Tu Tu’s Legacy, a Blue Patch Mackerel Tabby with White. Please go to our cats page to see Ellie May and Tu Tu's Legacy.

Max and Sassafras(Lacy's Daughter) have also produced a National Winner named JCINI McDreamy of Laureden
